Born from the shared passion of childhood friends deeply rooted in the restaurant industry, this new concept embodies a blend of tradition and innovation, with Man and Schuster showcasing their expertise as pitmasters while Stalcup oversees operations.
The menu at South End Smokehouse will boast a dynamic array of barbecue favorites, including tender brisket, smoked turkey, salmon, pulled pork, and St. Louis cut ribs.
