A chilling case of alleged child molestation has emerged from Kids ‘R’ Kids on Webb Bridge Road in Alpharetta, where 22-year-old Tulsi Patel has been arrested in connection with the disturbing crime. The arrest follows accusations involving a 4-year-old girl who was reportedly abused while in Patel’s care.
The incident unfolded last Thursday when the young girl, visibly distressed and complaining of pain, was picked up by her father. Concerned about his daughter’s condition, he approached the daycare staff for answers. It was at this point that the girl identified Patel as the person who had harmed her. This led the father to further investigate the situation, discovering blood in his daughter’s underwear, which prompted an immediate trip to the hospital.
The following day, Patel was taken into custody by Alpharetta police and charged with child molestation. Authorities disclosed that Patel had recently joined the daycare staff, raising concerns about the adequacy of the facility’s hiring practices and background checks.
The victim’s father expressed outrage over the daycare’s response to the incident. He voiced frustration that other parents were not promptly informed about the alleged abuse. “I just felt like all parents, at least the parents’ numbers I had, needed to know there was a pedophile at our school that messed with kids, that messed with my daughter,” he told Channel 2’s Candace McCowan.
Adding to the distress, another parent reported that her daughter might also have been a victim, following a review of surveillance footage from inside the daycare. This revelation has heightened concerns and led to a broader investigation by local authorities.
