Unfortunately, in Dunwoody, Georgia, an incident occurred in which Erik Beasley, a 23-year-old from Atlanta, was apprehended and officially charged in relation to the gunfire murder of his 61-year-old grandmother. Six rounds of ammunition and a Ruger 9mm handgun were discovered in the possession of Beasley, according to a search of his person upon apprehension. Beasley is under suspicion of conspiring to commit a felony by perpetrating aggravated assault-family violence and firearm possession. He was transferred to the DeKalb County Jailoncey following the conclusion of these proceedings.
