Following his guilty plea for the murder of his fiancée on her 36th birthday, an individual received a 25-year prison sentence, which devastated the Roswell community. Kelly Huber Vucelich, who resided in the condominium she joint with Jason Scott Hall on Chattahoochee Circle, succumbed to her cause of death from a gunshot wound in the wee hours of January 16, 2021.
With a foreboding omission of the fact that he was the culpable individual, 39-year-old Jason Scott Hall informed a family member that Vucelich had been slain. A somber conclusion to an otherwise joyous occasion was precipitated when Roswell police were dispatched to the location in response to a call from Hall’s relative and discovered Vucelich.
While initially locating him was a challenge, the subsequent investigation promptly identified Hall as the principal suspect. After attempting to escape, Gainesville police and Hall County sheriff’s deputies engaged in a brief pursuit of Hall, who had sought refuge at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Without incident, Hall was apprehended and turned over to Roswell police, who indicted him on a murder charge after he was discovered outside an unoccupied hospital setting in possession of a firearm.

In lieu of his apprehension, Hall was released on house arrest with an ankle monitor in exchange for a $130,000 surety.
