Prepare to groove to the rhythm of spring as the City of Powder Springs unveils its eagerly anticipated Brown Bag Lunch Concert Series, set to grace Thurman Springs Park’s Hardy Family Automotive Amphitheater every Thursday in April. Returning this fall in September, the series promises an eclectic lineup of musical talents, sure to delight audiences of all tastes.
From noon to 1 p.m., attendees can bask in the musical magic, with a diverse roster of performers poised to take the stage. Kicking off the series on April 4th is Bottoms Up Duo, offering a dynamic fusion of rock & roll, blues, country, and R&B. On April 11th, prepare to be mesmerized by Arkose, a multi-instrumental duo renowned for their captivating blend of hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and classic rock. April 18th brings Sons-N-Britches to the spotlight, known for their spirited performances ranging from Georgia kudzu fields to international stages. Finally, on April 25th, singer-songwriter Sonya Shell will captivate audiences with her soulful vocals and bluesy guitar melodies.
With limited park seating available, attendees are encouraged to bring their chairs or sitting blankets to ensure a comfortable viewing experience. Please note that tents or umbrellas are not permitted within the park premises.
