The International Technology and Engineering Educators Association, at its 86th Annual Conference in Memphis, Tennessee, selected Pine Mountain’s program as one of the top 26 worldwide. White was presented with the prestigious Program Excellence Award for his innovative work.
Pine Mountain’s program caught the attention of educators from around the globe for its unique approach to blending coding and programming with engineering. Supported by a grant from the Georgia Department of Education, the program expanded its resources and incorporated programmable devices, enriching students’ learning experiences.
