Hunter Biden’s Venice Beach Landlord Claims First Son Owes Him $300K in Back Rent

It has been said that Hunter Biden attempted to utilize “art made from his own feces” to pay his rent.

The First Son’s Venice Beachlandlord claimed to have $300,000 in unpaid rent and tried to settle the debt with repulsive “art,” according to Knewz.com.

Following Hunter’s pardon by father Joe Biden, the startling accusations were revealed.

San Shaun Maguire, a partner at Sequoia, an investment business based in San Francisco, expressed worries on X about what would happen to Hunter’s outstanding debt given his recent pardon.

Maguire wrote: “Whatever happens to Hunter Biden’s over $300,000 in overdue rent that my family is due in 2019 and 2020?

“Is that now forgiven? Regards, Joe.

Maguire made sure to include the following in response to those who questioned his post: “(This is a true story).”

“Wait, WHAT?” was Maguire’s answer to one of the many X users who filled the post’s replies, pleading for additional information.

Back-equipped: “Yes. This is a true story. Our renter in Venice, California, was Hunter.

The first son, according to Maguire, “didn’t pay rent for over a year” and, when he did try to clear his obligation, “tried to pay (with) art made from his own feces.”

The 54-year-old was then called a “absolute s— bag” by the irate landlord.

Hunter has been suspected of missing rent before, but he hasn’t been charged with attempting to use dubious artwork from previous landlords to cover his rent.

Hunter, his wife Melissa, and their son Beau allegedly moved into another rental property in the vicinity after he left the Venice Beach house, but they once again neglected to pay the $25,000 monthly rent.

“Hunter and Melissa were terrible tenants,” a source told an outlet.

“Not only did they stiff the owner for months of rent, they left the house in terrible condition.”

Melissa was also accused of foul behavior by the insider.

“They destroyed the stereo equipment in the home and when someone came to fix it, they were uncooperative,” they said, claiming she remained “rude and entitled” despite reportedly not paying $80,000 in rent.

“They also left the place dirty.”

After claiming he would not use his executive authority to pardon his son in the face of gun and tax accusations, President Biden was criticized as a “hypocrite” for doing so.

The 82-year-old Biden stated in a statement: “I signed a pardon for my son Hunter today.

“From the day I took office, I said I would not interfere with the Justice Department decision-making, and I kept my word even as I have watched my son being selectively, and unfairly, prosecuted.”

“We’ve been asked that question multiple times,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters two months prior, refuting reports that Biden would pardon Hunter. Our response, “no,” remains unchanged.
