A Cherokee County family is grieving the loss of 7-year-old Daniela Grace Darnell, who died in an ATV accident on Saturday in Chattooga County. Known as “Dani girl,” she was remembered in her obituary as a “sassy but sweet bundle of joy and love” whose mission was to spread happiness. Darnell is survived by her parents, two brothers, and extended family. Her funeral is set for Sunday.
