In Florida, Amendment 4 aims to establish a constitutional right to abortion up to fetal viability. Despite strong support, Florida requires 60 percent approval for passage. In Nevada and Arizona, proposals are underway to protect abortion rights, with significant backing in early polls.

Measures will also appear in South Dakota, Colorado, and Maryland. National sentiment favors legal abortion, with 63 percent of voters supporting it in recent polls. However, while abortion measures may pass, it doesn’t guarantee a boost for Democrats in the elections.
