Third annual Smile Run 5K, Fun Run and Tot Trot

hosted by the Christian Egner Foundation. 5:30 p.m. at Etowah River Park, 600 Brown Industrial Parkway, Canton. Christian passed away in the fall 2015 from asthma-related complications. He was an energetic little boy who loved to dance and sing, and his smile was contagious.
