The downtown Woodstock trolley is back in service! After undergoing some maintenance, the trolley began its route for the 2014 holiday season on Nov. 7, just in time to shuttle visitors to the Woodstock Art & Wine Festival, Friday Night Live, and the Holiday Tour of Homes who were interested in taking advantage of free parking and transportation using the trolley system.

Transportation on the trolley is free thanks to the Downtown Development Authority. The trolley typically runs 6-10 p.m. Fridays, noon-10 p.m. Saturdays, and noon-6 p.m. Sundays. The route takes about a half hour to complete with eight to nine stops along the way. With free parking and easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and venues located in downtown Woodstock and beyond, the trolley makes for a quaint experience when visiting Woodstock on the weekends.
Trolley stops are easily identified and clearly marked with this red symbol shown here. When visiting the downtown Woodstock area or The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta, look for the symbol at the following trolley stop locations:
- City Center Public Parking Lot
- Mill Street Parking Log
- Southern end of Main Street
- Hubbard Street and Chambers Street intersection
- Wheeler Street and East Main Street intersection
- The Park at City Center at East Main Street
- The Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta
- Northern end of Main Street
- *Reformation Brewery (from 6-8:15 p.m. on Fridays and 1:45-4:15 p.m. on Saturdays)
