Corey Feldman Scores Massive Win Against Estranged Ex

Courtney Feldman, the estranged wife of Hollywood actor Corey Feldman, has won a significant divorce settlement.

According to Knewz.com, the Goonies star’s ex-wife was granted permission by the court to request more spousal maintenance.

Court documents that have recently come to light indicate that Corey, 53, and Courtney, 34, presented their cases in court with their legal teams on November 15.

The judge decided in Courtney’s favor and mandated that Corey pay $3,500 a month until a decision was reached. The court did point out that the question of retroactive support is still open.

On November 22, 2016, Corey and Courtney exchanged vows in Las Vegas. The actor filed for legal separation in September 2023, alleging “irreconcilable differences,” after their marriage failed.

Courtney brought attention to the movie star’s financial difficulties, such as medical problems and unemployment, despite her earlier plea to reject spousal support.

In court, Courtney highlighted her precarious financial status and stated that she needed assistance to pay for necessities. The lawyer said: “She is without funds for necessities of life, much less attorney fees or to hire a forensic accountant.”

Courtney “has been living with friends, has no vehicle, no income, and has had medical expenses which [Corey] will not reimburse or assist,” according to her lawyer.

At first, she asked for $5,000 a month in support, claiming she couldn’t continue living the way she had when she was married to Corey.

According to Courtney, the Stand By Meactor left her and her ex-husband earns over $280,000 a month.

Corey denied his wife’s claims to his monthly income, claiming he had substantial obligations and just $34,000 in the bank. During their marriage, he denied leading an opulent lifestyle, asserting that “we lived a modest middle-class lifestyle.”

The 53-year-old allegedly spent about $5,000 on medical treatment, $2,000 on groceries, $2,000 on dining out, and $1,000 on laundry, according to the court documents.

In addition, the former child actor mentioned how he funded Courtney’s healthcare qualification, which she chose not to pursue as a career.

After she declared her intention to quit using drugs, the actor’s ex-wife accused her husband of divorcing her.

“My decision to quit drugs and ‘our lifestyle’ was the reason our marriage ended,” she said.

“I told Corey in May 2023 that I would no longer be ‘partying’ and that I would not be traveling on tour due to my worsening health and elevated stress levels. Our relationship rapidly soured after I refused to use narcotics.

“I’m relieved Courtney and I have reached a settlement, but I’m deeply hurt by the false accusations surrounding our divorce,” Corey stated in an exclusive statement, refuting his ex’s allegations of drug usage. Those who know me well know that these accusations were made in order to make the story more dramatic and win over the public and court.

In actuality, Courtney abruptly and unexpectedly left our family, and I have been providing for her ever since. For the sake of my family, I’ll just state that we were no longer compatible for the same reasons that many marriages fail, rather than responding to each untrue allegation. I’m deciding to concentrate on going forward and managing this situation with decency and respect rather than disclosing private information or making headlines. I respectfully want reasonable privacy as I work through this still extremely trying time.
