3rd Annual Running of the Colts 5K Run/1 Mile Fun Run/Walk

On Saturday, October 27th, Woodstock High School is hosting their 3rd Annual Running of the Colts 5K Run and a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk to benefit the Woodstock High School Cross Country and the Carmel Elementary School Running Club. 100% of the funds will be used on the kids and will be used to purchase running/fitness equipment like parachutes, agility ladders, etc to use at their practices as well as buy incentives and items for a team celebration at the end of the season.

To register, visit the event’s registration page. The last day for registration is Friday, October 19th at 11:59pm.
Check in for the run will start at 6:45am. Participants can come to the check-in table to pick up their race numbers. Any participants under 18 years of age must either bring a signed release from a parent or guardian or must be present at check-in to sign you in.
There will be a pre-race warm up at 7:30am on the football field. The 5K Race starts at 8:00am and the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk starts at 9:15am.
For the 1 Mile Fun Run, awards will be given for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers for both boys and girls in the following age groups: 6 & under, 7 – 8, 9 – 10, 11 – 12.
For the 5K Run, awards will be given for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers for both male and female in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11 – 14, 15 – 19, 20 – 24, 25 – 29, 30 – 39, 40 – 49, 50 & up.
If you would like to volunteer for the event, please click on the Contact Event Director (located on the registration page) and your information will be passed on the to Volunteer Coordinator, Angie Clark. Parents of runners – please contact Angie at check-in to get a spot to cheer on your runners.
