CINCINNATI —
A motorist is facing charges after an incident in West Price Hill on Monday morning, which resulted in the serious injury or death of a 15-year-old girl.
A 38-year-old woman named Alicia Diciero was taken into custody on Monday at 12:45 p.m. after being charged with aggravated vehicular assault.
Her bond was set at $100,000 by a judge in Hamilton County, according to court documents.
Just before 7:30 a.m., at the junction of Carmania and Glenway avenues, she was taken into custody by Cincinnati police.
Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center was notified of the girl’s significant injuries, according to police spokesman Sgt. Anthony Mitchell.
Following the student’s collision at the intersection of Carmania and Glenway avenues in Cincinnati, police launched an investigation.

According to a press release from the Cincinnati police, Diciero was unharmed.

Diciero was allegedly a drugged driver, according to the criminal complaint.
A representative from Cincinnati Public Schools has confirmed that the minor who was hit is a student at CPS, but she is unable to provide any other information at this time.
